We currently supply our products to pet food stores worldwide, with a focus on Asia.

All our products are made in Japan and shipped directly from Japan.Wholesale pricing is available for all products.You are welcome to apply even if you do not have a physical or brick-and-mortar store.

All of our products are offered at wholesale prices, which are more affordable than the prices shown on our online shop.

The products are provided in transparent packaging bags.We offer a variety of bag sizes, so please feel free to contact us if you have any preferred size in mind.

If no specific request is made, the packaging bags will be provided without the “Shiba Zen Petfoods Japan” label logo on the front.However, a label containing the product information will be attached to the back of the packaging bag.

Terms of Sale

  • Minimum Order Amount: ¥100,000 per order.
  • Customs Duties: Wholesale prices do not include customs duties or clearance fees.
  • Domestic Orders: For domestic orders shipped to a Japanese address, a 10% Japanese consumption tax will be applied.
  • Payment Method: Bank transfer.
  • Courier Service: For international shipments, we use Japan Post's EMS service.
  • Processing Time: Production begins after payment confirmation. Depending on the order content and quantity, we aim to dispatch orders within 4 to 5 weeks.

Our products are listed on Japan Street, an exclusive online catalogue for invited buyers, operated by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), an independent administrative agency under the jurisdiction of Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

About delivery

For international deliveries, we will ship by Japan Post EMS.

For domestic shipments inside Japan, we ship by YAMATO TRANSPORT(クロネコヤマト), SAGAWA EXPRESS(佐川急便), SEINO TRANSPORTATION(西濃運輸), or Japan Post(日本郵便).

The delivery company cannot be specified.

In the case of international shipments, the number of days from dispatch to arrival will also vary depending on the destination country/region. Please refer to the approximate number of days on the Japan Post website at the following link.

Please note that depending on customs clearance and quarantine conditions, it may take additional days for quarantine after arrival in the importing country. When purchasing, please check in advance whether there are any special import conditions in the destination country. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for confiscation by the animal quarantine office or customs in the importing country, and we cannot provide refunds or compensation in the form of goods.

We will provide you with a tracking number for your goods after dispatch, regardless of whether they are shipped internationally or domestically, so please check directly with the relevant shipping company if necessary.

About delivery fee

The shipping fee varies depends on the total amount of your order and the destination region. Please see below:

Total order amount over 25,000 yen: Free shipping

Return and exchange policy

Due to the nature of the products and hygiene considerations, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are not acceptable.

While we strive for excellence in product quality and manufacturing process management, in case the delivered item differs from your order, or if it is defective, damaged, or soiled upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the product, preferably keeping it unopened.In cases of big damage during shipment, defective items, or items delivered differently than ordered, we will verify our inventory and arrange for a replacement with a new or equivalent item.

*We will bear the return shipping costs in such cases.

Please inspect the goods upon delivery.Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for products that have been opened (except in cases where the item was found defective after opening), products damaged or soiled due to customer mishandling, or products requested for return or exchange more than 8 days after arrival.
